Phillip Kissel, M.D.

Dr. Kissel is a board-certified neurosurgeon who practices exclusively In San Luis Obispo, California. His clinical practice was established after completion of formal medical training in 1989. It includes caring for patients with a multitude of neurosurgical problems which involve the spine, brain and peripheral nerves. He is a solo practitioner actively involved with both elective and emergency surgery. He maintains involvement with academic programs both as a clinical instructor and referral source.
